I’ve watched people change, not overnight, not with a viral post, but slowly, through the practice of writing. Through showing up. Through trying to say what they mean in a way that feels like them.
"But writing gives you a weird superpower: you can rewrite your own story, not to lie, not to fake it, but to frame it in a way that finally makes sense."
I chat about change, personal or business. When someone says, “this is what I want do” (starting to develop their requirements), I’ll always tell them to “write stuff down”. Followed by, “it helps” / “it’s not hard”. It helps because you start to see & understand what you mean. It facilitates clarity. All as you note. But I love the idea that’s it’s a mirror. It shows what you are saying. It’s a great explanation. I might well pinch it.
Btw the last link of the three, didn’t seem to work, for me.

Love it! And I fixed that last link to another article that is roundabout the same breakdown!
